COMMUNIQUE – Chancellors of private tertiary institutions in Ghana

Ten owners, founders and chancellors of private tertiary institutions in Ghana, namely, Regent University College of Science and Technology; All Nations University; Wisconsin International University College, Ghana; Kings University College; Garden City University College; Data Link Institute of Business and Technology; Jackson Educational Complex, Nobel International Business School, MountCrest University College, and Spiritan University College,  having held their maiden meeting at the North Legon Campus of Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, on Friday, January 13, 2023;

And having discussed, generally, some major concerns and challenges confronting private tertiary institutions in Ghana;

And desirous of influencing positively the formulation and implementation of government policies concerning the provision of tertiary education in Ghana;

Resolved to form an association of owners, founders, and chancellors of private tertiary institution to champion the interest of private tertiary institutions in Ghana;
