Former President and flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama embarked on a tour of the Greater Accra region to observe and engage with citizens in the limited voter registration exercises.
The limited voter registration exercises are conducted by the Electoral Commission of Ghana to allow eligible individuals who had not yet registered to do so ahead of upcoming elections in 2024. The exercise started from Tuesday, September 12th and indicated to end on 2nd October, 2023 at District Offices of EC across the country.
During his tour, John Dramani Mahama visited various registration centers in the Greater Accra region, interacting with citizens and observing the registration process.
Mahama, who is also the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party, used the opportunity to connect with party supporters.
Additionally, Mahama addressed some concerns raised by citizens regarding the registration process, ensuring that their voices were heard.
